"After 25 years in video game development, leading teams at major studios, I thought I had achieved what I was supposed to want. The game industry, at least for me, has become more about keeping up with technology to pay bills and less about telling stories. I studied theater before games and that creative calling never left me.
This project isn't just about other people's courage—it's about my own journey back to storytelling, to meaning, to inspired work.
I'm not looking for people who got lucky or had trust funds. I want to meet the ones who calculated the risk, made the leap, and figured out how to land on their feet. The ones who fell and got back up. The ones who prove that following your passion isn't naive, in fact, it's necessary while recognizing that it doesn't guarantee success."
